My new album and book were just released February 10th and I'm so excited to share it with you! These songs are rockin' with elements of blues, gospel and an incredible message of redemption and hope for all who are broken. I wrote these songs in the midst of my journey through the Twelve Steps, as I healed from the emotional and spiritual sickness of codependency. Addiction is often called a "family disease" because everyone in the family becomes sick. As my dad struggled with alcoholism, I found coping mechanisms and ways of relating that were harmful to me and toxic to my relationships. In 2012, I felt as though everything around me was breaking, and that if just one more thing were to break that I would break too. I realized there must be a common denominator in all of this brokenness. And there was. It was me. And I had the choice to get well. These songs and accompanying book came to me as I walked through the darkness into the light of recovery. If you are discouraged or feeling stuck, please know that you are not alone. This project is for you. I hope you receive the gift of knowing you are not alone and that healing is available to you.

Fearless was a hard rock band, in the same genre as Flyleaf and Evanescence. Our single "Just Break Down" received radio airplay and was voted #1 on the Indie Music Countdown. I may remake these songs someday!

Wicked Game may be my favorite cover we've ever done! My friend Jeff Lowe helped me create this beautiful, haunting version of Chris Isaak's epic ballad.
This song was used as a fundraiser for the Humane Society of the United States. HSUS works tirelessly to shut down puppy mills, giving thousands of animals a second chance at life and a loving home.
